Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Paekos Enterprises Ltd (“Infuzze”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit eu.infuzze-games.com or contact us through it. The website is aimed at businesses — operators, distributors and manufacturers — who are interested in our gaming terminals, games and software.

It does not cover data processed by operators through our products in their venues; that processing is governed by separate agreements.

1. Who is responsible

Paekos Enterprises Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 482484, Efesou 9, Paralimni 5280, Ammochostos, Cyprus, is the controller of the personal information described here. Infuzze is a brand of Paekos Enterprises Ltd.

For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@infuzze-games.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us through the request form, by email or by phone:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • the country of your business, your role (for example operator or distributor) and the size of your machine fleet;
  • your company name and any message you write;
  • the language of the page you used and, if you opt in, your consent to receive marketing emails.

Information collected automatically:

  • technical data our web server records to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request;
  • the country your connection comes from, worked out on our own server from your IP address with a local copy of the DB-IP Lite database (your address is not sent to anyone for this) or reported by our network provider, to show you the right version of the website (it is not stored with your request);
  • the address of the page you sent the form from and campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), so we know which campaign brought you;
  • anti-spam signals about the form itself — how quickly it was sent and whether a hidden field meant for robots was filled in;
  • your preferences stored in your own browser (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for sensitive personal information and we do not use advertising cookies. Payment details are never collected on this website.

Legal basis (EEA/UK)
Legal obligation; legitimate interest

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced them against your rights: the information is limited to business contact details, it is used in ways you would reasonably expect from contacting a supplier, and you can object at any time (see section 7).

Name, email address, phone number and the location of your business are needed to handle your request; without them we cannot reply. All other fields are optional. You are under no legal or contractual obligation to give us this information.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects. Our spam filter automatically discards only submissions that are clearly automated; doubtful ones are passed to a member of our team, who decides.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with parties that help us run the website and our business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • our hosting provider, which runs the server and data centre the website lives on, including the encrypted copy of requests;
  • our network provider (reverse proxy or content delivery network, if one is used), which routes traffic to the website and may report the country of the connection;
  • the team chat, email delivery and messaging services that deliver incoming requests to our staff;
  • our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
  • professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it;
  • a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. International transfers

We are established in the European Union (Cyprus) and work with businesses across Europe. Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case we rely on appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it) or the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can ask for a copy of the safeguards that apply by writing to privacy@infuzze-games.com.

6. How long we keep it

  • Requests and related correspondence, including the messages that deliver them to our team: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer while we have a business relationship with you.
  • The encrypted copy of each request kept on our server: up to 12 months from the date of the request, then deleted.
  • Marketing consent: until you withdraw it; afterwards we keep a record of the consent and its withdrawal only as long as needed to prove we respected your choice.
  • Server logs (IP address, browser, time and page of a request): up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Spam protection data (the IP address and times of recent form submissions) is held only in server memory for about 10 minutes.
  • Preferences stored in your browser: for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.

We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

The GDPR applies to our processing of personal information. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or receive it in a portable format.

You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, and you can always object to direct marketing; we will then stop sending it. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Exercising your rights is free. We reply within one month; for complex or numerous requests we may extend this by two more months and will tell you why. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address we hold.

You also have the right to complain to our lead supervisory authority, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy), or to the data protection authority where you live or work — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es); in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Your privacy choices

You can change your cookie choices at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics, marketing and any sale or sharing of personal information; optional categories stay off unless you switch them on yourself.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in each email or by writing to privacy@infuzze-games.com.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults acting for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access for our team and providers with appropriate security measures. The copy of each request kept on our server is encrypted (AES-256-GCM), and the key is stored separately from the data. Our application logs record only request numbers for form submissions, never names or contact details.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. If a breach puts your rights at high risk, we will tell you without undue delay.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
